Reviews
I have really enjoyed my time at the Station! My roommate and I moved in last July and have had a good experience so far. Tatum at the front desk has been lovely since day 1. I love that the complex tries to plan fun activities (and provide free food and drinks). I LOVE the location. There has been a lot of construction and issues with elevators, garage, hot tubs, etc which makes me feel like the cost of rent is a little high for what it’s worth but its been overall a great experience.
I have lived at the Station for five months now in a one bedroom that faces the courtyard and the pool. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience. There have been both pros and cons which I list below but that’s to be expected with any community. I have enjoyed my experience here so far and really don’t have many complaints but because I am leaving a public review I want to be honest about the things I like and the things that annoy me.
Pros:
*Quiet community despite the location - neighbors are very quiet and everyone in my building adheres to the quiet hours policy.
* Lots of space in the one bedroom floorplan I lease - two closets (one walk-in), large living area and nice sized bedroom and bathroom.
* Attentive management company - I understand this management company recently took over the property, and they are doing a good job of keeping residents up to date on projects, and host lots of resident events, and are easy to deal with
* Maintenance is responsive and addresses issues quickly and efficiently
* Great location - five minute walk to LoHi, ten minute walk to grocery stores, Ball Arena, Elitch Gardens, bars, restaurants, etc.
* Amenities - package locker, valet trash, hot tub, heated pool, nice clubhouse area, gym, yoga studio, etc.
Cons:
*My unit has a two-sided fireplace that doesn’t work, and will not be fixed - I chose this floorplan for the two-sided fireplace so the fact that it is unusable and I was not told this when I inquired about switching to this floorplan is a little annoying but not a deal breaker either
* Rent seems a little high. Apartments were renovated a few years ago, possibly by the last management company, but in my apartment I can see some cut corners: 1) kitchen sink drain is off center and doesn’t drain properly 2) bathroom sink has rust spots that were present when I moved in 3) fireplace doesn’t work 4) granite countertops are nice but mine has a large, noticeable seam where two pieces were put together 5) bathtub/tile has not been updated in several years and 6) common areas are nice and well maintained but hallways are very dark and sometimes smell a little funny (again, not necessarily a dealbreaker but want to be transparent and honest).
* Constant construction - package room installation, pool area tiles, fire suppression project, elevators often down etc.
Again, overall my experience has been really pleasant and I have enjoyed my time here.

Living here has been a good experience so far! The location is great and everything is nice and renovated. They also are very quick about service requests and getting things fixed! They also do a good job of planning fun events regularly.
Awesome location for a mix of convenient downtown living in a beautiful area that's protected from the noise and commotion of downtown. You're right near Commons Park with lots of lovely walking paths. There are a ton of restaurants, cafes, shops and other fun ways to spend your time. I have absolutely loved living here!
Great location but smelly and poorly managed.
